The solution?

An AI-Retrofit

The AI-Retrofit Process

STEP 1.

  • We conduct a thorough assessment and survey of the building’s suitability, evaluating factors such as available space, leasing costs, ownership, potential risks, and the existing heating system.

STEP 2.

  • To reduce gas bills: We quickly size and install our advanced AI computing equipment, seamlessly integrating it with your building’s existing heating and water systems. This includes adapting infrastructure, installing solar PV, and handling planning approvals.

To reduce electricity bills: We lease PV panels and batteries to you for a fixed monthly cost with a minimum time commitment. (Currently, this offer is only available to full-building partners with sufficient roof / site space.)

STEP 3.

  • We operate the equipment remotely and channel the heat directly to the building for space and water heating—completely free of charge. Alongside our rent payments.

Benefits

Revenue + Lower Costs

  • Our mission is to help our partners thrive and slash their operational energy costs (gas and electric) by at least 50%. With a particular focus on those managing older, more energy-intensive buildings.

Lower Carbon Emissions

  • Our system enables cultural organizations to achieve significant reductions in operational carbon emissions by delivering a decarbonized heating solution and supplying solar PV and energy storage at an affordable price.

Positive Sum

  • Technology can often feel distant and abstract, but our approach bridges the gap by harnessing AI and space infrastructure to directly support cultural and social institutions.

Supports Innovation

  • This approach enables us to offer affordable, low-carbon computing and ground station capabilities to innovative startups and universities, empowering the next generation of technological advancements.
